Scope

10 Coins (“websites”) is a cryptocurrency gateway that enables e-commerce websites to accept the payments in cryptocurrency. Website services are only available to legal entities that sell products or services online. By using website services, you authorize 10 Coins to act as your agent and to take all actions that are required to provide the services and to comply with applicable laws and regulations.

By accepting our Terms and Conditions you warrant that we provide services only to individuals, acting on behalf of the Merchant, older than 18 years.

AML

10 Coins maintains a comprehensive AML/KYC/CTF compliance program.

Merchant Account

10 Coins is required to collect certain information from Merchants to comply with anti-money laundering and anti-terrorist funding laws and regulations. In order to set up a merchant account you will be required to provide your name and surname, email, phone number, valid Identification document, website, description of the business and corporate documents for your legal entity:

Certificate of Incorporation
Articles of Association
Register of Directors
Register of Shareholders
Share Certificate
Certificate of Good Standing (if the company is older than 1 year)
Certificate of Incumbency (if the company is older than one year)
Registered address
Identification documents of the beneficial owner (Declaration of Trust)
Proof of Domain ownership

We may also require additional documents as a part of Enhanced Due Diligence program.

Merchant Rights

You have a right to close your account any time. For this purpose, please contact your manager.

10 Coins Rights

We reserve the rights:

To decline your application to open an account due to AML/KYC reasons.
To suspend your account due to inactivity, suspicious activity, AML/KYC reasons.
To close the account due to all above mentioned reasons.
